I think Holder is trying to avoid the circus freak show that would be let loose by going after the real culprits.

I think going after the low level guys could be a strategy to then use that to go after the next level up and so forth, but I’m probably engaging in wishful thinking.

I think Cheney is probably the mastermind, but I don’t know if that will ever come to light in any conclusive way, unfortunately.

I hope such a plan fails. I don’t want even one American to suffer for having tortured a terrorist. The enhanced interrogation measures were needed to gain critical information.
