Sinclair owns a bunch of local affiliates of various networks around the country.

Sinclair leaves the Austin CBS affiliate pretty much alone. It’s either #1 or #2 in the local news during prime time. Telemundo is the #1 Hispanic station in town, Univision a distant second. They also leave them alone. They broadcast live English Premier League games on Telemundo, often when NBC has them on NBCS1 on cable so that non-cable watchers (and there a bunch of us, I’ve got at least 30 HD on-air channels) can see them. GOOOOOOOOOOAL!

Like I said, Sinclair may be bastards, but they leave channels alone when they are making good money.

Hannity is now being broadcast on the local, FOX owned station. Trumpaganda.

KCPQ, Channel 13 is the Fox affiliate here, and I’ve kept my eye on them, but their news shows don’t seem any different from the other channels—which means treating the GOP’s craziest shit as perfectly normal, of course.
