The sad part is I could. We do actually have a serious problem with lack of restraint, training, and abuse of power by cops in this country, especially in the area of not understanding the circumstances where it is legal to photograph or record them.

In addition, we have a huge problem of prosecutors and police departments actively being corrupt, being shown to have cooked evidence and investigations, but prosecutors are immune from lawsuits for doing so and normally face no significant penalties even when they’re shown to have perverted justice.
