That’s the level of outrageous fear I’m talking about. Rush’s radio show is not going to cause a genocide in America.

But nobody is claiming that it is. What’s being claimed is that propaganda has effects, and doesn’t just make society richer— it often makes society dumber, poorer, and more fraught.
