The only week “Roseanne” wasn’t the #1 show in the demo (18-49) was the week of “The Big Bang” finale. That’s what disturbed me most about the show—that it did so well among young peeps.

Relative to other shows it did well.

However, as a portion of the of the US population compared to portion of viewers, the younger demo is less likely to watch any broadcast television.

Also, look at the three different breakdowns of age groups, 18-34, 18-49, 25-54. The show did much worse in the 18-34 group than it did in the 25-54:
