The Arizona case will be interesting. Its Federal jurisdiction, but the Feds have failed miserably at enforcement so the State steps in to do it for them and the Feds say get out of our sandbox. hmm. In a convoluted way its a bit like when the States were failing at integrating schools and the Feds stepped in to make it happen

yes, it is, especially with an eye on NM and Texas who are chomping at the bit to get some resolution…I just have to laugh at people who blow this thing off and want open borders…they sound like jr high twits with no grasp of reality
