Just to be clear: The killer won’t be charged. The Lubbock police said it was justifiable homicide. The shooters wife put this video out to show how fucked up that reasoning is.

They should always charge the person, in my opinion. Drop the charges later if evidence warrants it. But it’s pretty clear the shooter wasn’t in danger even though the victim was larger than him.
