Quite the change in your state since you joined LGF and made us all aware of how little Democratic party structure there was in the state.

Hopefully this changes the thinking and as these new Democrat candidates get out and campaign people will see they are just normal people looking to improve their state and not the evil devil liberals they have been sold by the local media and Fox News.

We can surely hope. Certainly not all of our candidates will win seats, maybe not even a large minority of them.

However, the long slog of ballots with only one choice on them appears to be over, and the GOP is going to have to fight to retain seats.

I don’t know what caused the situation for the Democrats in Nebraska, as that was the problem when I first moved here.

It does show that both grass-roots organising from inside the state, with structural help from the national party and from outside the state can turn things around.
