Neither is an accessory to murder.

Could be debated, and even if they slip by this time, they may be getting pretty close to the line where they would violate statute. And if not accessory, not conspiracy, there’s probably some milder clauses like encouraging a breach of the peace in one manner or another. Once the murder happens, previous events are reinterpreted.
