A quick question, “When did they stop selling CRT TVs?”

They had them last year, when we bought our plasma. They had them Christmas, when I last wandered through an electronics store. But now, they don’t have them.

I know, outdated technology. But still, I wanted to replace a dead Phillips/RCA CRT with another 36” TV, cause it fits the hole in the electronics hutch perfectly. No go. And the new rectangular shaped TVs don’t fit as well. Fit is very important to the wife-woman, in so many ways.

Once again, time has marched right my me. Honest, I just looked away for a moment, and now I’m behind again.

I think that I’ll do like one of those hermit/recluse types, and just decide when was the perfect year and refuse to move ahead. They’ll find my dessicated mummy/corpse decades in the future, and marvel at the perfect time capsule.

I’ve noticed that they stopped selling cars with built in 8-Tracks as well….what will I do with all of these Aerosmith, Blue Oyster Cult and Thin Lizzy 8-tracks now? :-)
