It’s Article 301 of the Turkish Penal Code; it gets Turkey a lot of grief from the EU, to say the least. It’s a bizarre law, and if one of these days, Turkey does find itself as an EU member state, it’ll probably have to go.

Along with the law making it illegal to refer to the Armenian Genocide as such.
