Yes they do, but at what point do we decide that the rights of a few are more important than the right of the majority? Yes, I do personally feel that the US should ban Islam, not as a religion, but because it is a political ideology whose intention is the forced submission of every human being on earth. Every single place on earth where the Muslim population has exceeded 10% of the population they have used or are using violence to gain control of every single aspect of life in that country. Islam is not a peaceful religion, it is a religion of violent conquest.

The First Amendment guarantee of freedom of speech is not and never was intended to be absolute. There have always been restrictions on freedom of speech. You cannot scream fire in a crowded theater, you cannot use “fighting words”, you cannot threaten to kill someone.

If, we the people, cannot say no you cannot live here, then we the people do not have your vaunted freedom of speech.
