Around here, we can pay $49/year for CareFlite. $49 covers everyone in the house. If we have to use it, they will accept insurance payment as their payment for services.

AirEvac here is $64/year for the entire household, same deal as your CareFlite. I just signed up for the 10-year discounted plan (while I still have the money), since I now know how fast the medical community is here about using the helicopter for inter-hospital transfers.
