Well, if the media is correct (and they are always correct), then Obama has already delivered the equivalent of the following important policy speeches and addresses in one fell swoop: The Emancipation Proclamation, Washington’s Farewell Address, The Monroe Doctrine; FDR’s Speech to Congress on 12/8/41; JFK’s Inaugural; and Reagan’s Inaugural, among others.
