Why yes of course, the only record that can be falsified/verified is the actual record of actual measurements made since 1850. As this falsifies the Tree Ring reconstruction, there is little value to alleged confirmation from other proxies.

It is simply curve fitting to use the record when it fits the theory and eliminate or fudge it when it does not.

You are saying it is inaccurate a third of the time when we have actual physical temperature measurements but highly accurate during the 900 years when we don’t have actual measurements. I say the data disagrees, as witness the papers trying to find an explanation for this divergence.
