While my gut feeling is that Tamerlan got Dzhokhar involved in all of this, the fact is that Dzhokhar seems to have continued of his own volition, even after Tamerlan was dead. For that, if he is found guilty in a court of law, Dzhokhar should spend the rest of his life in a prison like ADX Florence.

However, once the kid is able to talk (and he’s properly advised of his Miranda rights), the Feds and MA cops need to be pumping him for as much info, just in case he and Tamerlan (especially Tamerlan) had “friends”.
