Interesting scenario - since Trump will undoubtedly fly out on a government aircraft (historically this has been Air Force One) - what are the odds that he attempts to divert the flight to some location that he feels would be out of the reach of the FBI or other law enforcement agencies? And would those attempts be summarily denied as he would not have any executive authority as ex-President?
