A “sovereign citizen” is telling a federal judge that he has no jurisdiction over her. This is not going to end well for her.

Judge should just slap her with a 90 day contempt charge and let her cool her heels in the tank. It may or may not change her attitude, but it would keep her off the streets for that much longer.
