I will add this though: don’t argue at a friggin traffic stop. It’s stupid and pointless. I’m not blaming the victim, but the time to stick up for your rights is in the courthouse. Just my thoughts.

Dovetailing on this. It’s pretty simple to me. If she was white she wouldn’t have been tazed. If she was white the court would have ruled in her favor.
