Well, ACORN is required to submit all registrations it received, and in general did an excellent job of marking the ones they suspected of being fraudulent.

The media, in general, was terrible at making that point: If someone signs a voter registration thingy and gives it to ACORN, ACORN has to submit it. They don’t have a choice in the matter.
