In a related article on Daesh’s depredations the Express proceeds to do a Standard Media FAIL by calling the vehicle in this photo a “tank”:

The vehicle is actually a ZSU 23-4, a former Soviet-made self-propelled anti-aircraft gun. In 1991, these were seen as so dangerous to helicopters and A-10s that US and UK tank crews were sometimes ordered to take them out before engaging Iraqi tanks. This one, however, seems to be missing its radar unit.

I remember those cursed things from the original Operation Flashpoint video game.
