Its been a bit since I was reading about it, but my memory is htat they want it substantially smaller than current warheads. Aren’t the smallest ones still in the Kiloton range?

Army stuff included variable yeild, some below kiloton. Army eliminated almost all nuclear rounds in the 90’s.
