Well Dave, my parents and grandmother have a multi-ethnic granddaughter and great granddaughter and they don’t love her any less because of her mother’s place of origin. She’s their granddaughter and great granddaughter and they’re not going to love her any less. I’m hopeful that more people think like my parents and grandmother and it will help us forge a better future. Who knows, my niece could fall in love with someone of a totally different background than either my brother or SiL or she could go back to square one and fall in love with someone from Spain or my ancestral nations. Love is love and that’s what the bigoted pricks will never get.
