That sounds highly implausible. At best.

You know, I thought it was implausible that a guy who followed a teenager through a neighborhood and confronted him, when he’d been told not to by the police, and who wound up killing said unarmed teenager, could be considered to not have, in fact, instigated the killing of said teenager.

But the jury didn’t convict.
