Maybe so, but Nashville/Davidson County is overwhelmingly Democrat, the only large area besides Memphis/Shelby County that is in this state. If I had to guess about the crowd down in Municipal right now, I’d wager that an overwhelming majority of them are from the GOP-leaning parts of town (Green Hills, Oak Hill, Brentwood [though the majority of Brentwood lies in the GOP stronghold of Williamson County, one of the richest counties in the US]) or from the deeply red ring counties (of which Williamson County is one).
