It’s not worth it.
We have a Whole Foods and a Fresh Market, and I’ve been disappointed in both of them, after hearing about them for so long.

We have a fairly large international community here, probably because LSU and Southern University both draw a large number of international students. So the regular stores here, even Wal-Mart, carry a very good selection of items that might not normally be found.

This is the sort of thing you and Killgore should work on together and do something at the cookbook blog. KT is always finding such great garden or cooking links. Other lizards piping up with stuff for the Foodies… More exposure to the cookbook blog might sell more cookbooks too. Personally- I like locally owned grocers.
