They would have been used. The Iraqis had no problem using them on the Iranians and the Kurds, and we made no secret of our intention of putting Saddam on trial.

If he had them he would have used them.

i believe saddam had them and started getting rid of them during the lengthy run up to the war and he thought the UN might save him if they came in and found nothing. but we took him down instead and the world is better off because of it.
