The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a suit against Jeppesen Dataplan, a Boeing sub, for it’s role in setting up the extraordinary rendition flights.

I am not sure what I think of the whole extraordinary rendition program, but I am sure that being allowed to sue some contractor that was hired to arrange for the jet is the wrong way to raise the issue.

Such a waste of money. I have 5 acres and a drill.
