Are there still “moderate Republicans” as we used to know them?

What we now call “moderate Republicans” used to be called “conservative Republicans”… but all of what we used to call moderate or liberal Republicans are long since out of office, and what used to be called conservative are now called moderate insomuch as they’re not insane.
