Trying to visualize a rider on that thing… I think that the “seat tube” pretty much would be in line, maybe very slightly behind the riders leg at extension, but when the leg comes up, that is a lot of area. I ‘think’ (guesstimate) that with a rider on it, and that’s a really extreme seating position, would move the cg pretty well forward. I know that it’s a P.O.C. (concept not crap), but not for me. I’m going to follow the link, I’m just curious how the hell it steers. (and if you want to get the center of pressure back, hell, we’ll just throw a solid disk on the back. :)

It is different.

Actually, I meant the ‘bent. Rider all the way back by the rear wheel, fairing to catch the wind…

I figure riding position on the concept bike would be standard road bike position, based on the location of the saddle and the brifters. But the cross section of the frame and the wheels would make it very prone to crosswinds. I had a bike with Mavic CXP30s, a high-section rim, when I later replaced them with Velocity Aeroheads, the bike got a lot less vulnerable.

The steering, yeah - the fork looks to pivot from a lot farther back than a normal bike. That would make the angle as it is turned VERY different.
