Congress has to actually get a bill to his desk before what he will or won’t veto comes into play. Also, he doesn’t actually have the power to introduce legislation, he can propose it informally, in an annual or special address, and hold Congress over for special session, but can’t force them to vote on or pass squat. I know you know this, but it bears mentioning anyway.

I thought so, but wasn’t sure because those lying shithead Republicans are CONSTANTLY saying on TV that he hasn’t introduced a budget plan, which I read as “legislation”.

Why doesn’t anyone call them out on it???
