the stalkers seem to have taken this as “mocking” mr tebow’s christian faith, and also “mocking” starving children in africa. i leave the expertise in mocking to them

however, i will supply them with the explanation of the meaning of this remark, as i understand it:

if god has time to be concerned about anything in human affairs, surely he would be more inclined to spend it on the suffering of a poor starving child than a football game
