My son took yoga, I was thinking of trying it myself, nothing fancy, just the breathing and some stretches. He loved it, still uses what he learned sometimes. I walk 2-4 miles a day (except for rain and extreme cold) with my dog which helps a lot. I’m sure people think I’m nuts, I talk to her the whole way sometimes, lol.
it might be worth trying Zen meditation too. It’s really helped me.
