Eh, it’s not that hard. Especially the old oil-burners (all I ever had in Beantown). What sucks, though, is when the power goes out - no heat at all, then.
Nothing to do but start smashing up the furniture, throwing it in the fireplace, and, once alight, drinking until unconsciousness supervenes. Which is also what one does whenever relationship difficulties surface.
