You didn’t screw up. This is one of the toughest calls, ever. I was faced with it when my Mom passed and even though I had a copy of her decree in my hand, I almost went against it. Don’t beat yourself up over this.

RW had no knowledge of what the person wanted, so he did what he thought was best. I don’t see a screw up there.
