Almost anything used to excess is bad for us puny humans. Pot, nor food are not different in this regard.

I agree that if beer is legal, there is no rational argument for maryj to not be.

I would rather spend the money saved from law enforcement, prisons etc in the drug war for the much less expensive cost of rehabilitation for the small fraction that have dependency problems.
