The race to frame the results will be intense.

As we saw with Erick son of Erick, the claim will be that Hillary doesn’t have a mandate. To him and those of his ilk, no matter how many millions of people more vote for Hillary over Drumpfskind, that will not constitute a mandate.

Doesn’t matter how big her win is, from the moment they call the election for her, the insistence that she doesn’t have the support of the majority of Americans or the majority of those “that matter” (i.e. “Real ‘Merikans”) will begin. We can look forward to 4-8 years of wingnuts insisting that the whole nation hates her with a fiery passion and nobody wants her in the White House.

You know, just like how they said the same thing about the black guy in the White House they insisted nobody liked and everybody wanted to see gone in 2012.
