Mornin’ everyone. During the shutdown I joked that Issa only said he was willing to open the government so he could get back to holding hearings…looks like I spoke too soon.

My hope is that Sebelius just gives one-word answers (or one sentence answers) to all of their questions.

GOP committee guy 1: [3 minute proclamation speech for the cameras leading into the question] Can you explain how the web site had such a terrible start?

Sebelius: No.

GOP committee guy 2: [4 minute proclamation speech for the cameras leading into the question] And as my time is almost up, I’ll repeat the previous question…Can you explain?

Sebelius: No.

Better starting question: “How were the user specs decided on for healthcare.gov, and who was in charge of their implementation?”
