Dinner here tonight is going to be baked tilapia with lemon, capers, olives, tomatoes, and whatever the hell else I end up mixing in with it, and then roast asparagus with lemon and garlic, and some couscous.

Try roasting that asparagus with a little toasted sesame oil along with the lemon and garlic.

You have no idea how much you will like it.
