Could wind up dragging Ford into bankruptcy court if the dealers start dumping inventory. Ford already has to contend with competing against companies with streamlined dealership networks, while it’s own remain bloated.

The airlines did the same thing back in the 80s. Once a couple of them entered bankruptcy, most of the rest followed, just to stay competitive.

This is indeed tragic.
