I don’t speak Czech but I suppose that everyone speaks English or German? If we’re only going to visit the Jewish Quarter, Yiddish & Hebrew should also be OK.

In the center of Prague, like Josefov - the Jewish Quarter - there are quite a lot of English speakers; once you get outside of the center…..eh, not so much.

English is easy to find in the tourist areas in the center, as well as touristy towns like Česky Krumlov or Hradec Krlove.

Like where I live? Ostrava? Ahahahahaha!! There’s a tiny handful of English speakers here, mostly in the larger hotels. Outside of that, Polish and Russian are the big foreign languages here.
