I just learned the term a few weeks ago. I was just if it is a phrase one could mention without any father need of explanation. Or if it is popular enough for every one to know what you are talking about once it is spoken. I been noticing that a lot of people are using this kind of reasoning. Atlas Shrug and The Tea Party a top the list.
