How fucking stupid can you get? This is plainly trading while in possession of material, nonpublic information. Newsflash - the SEC doesn’t have to prove your state of mind. This is why publicly traded companies have insider trading policies.

The SEC under tr*mp also doesn’t have to do anything at all. It will be interesting to see if the tr*mp blight extends to not prosecuting blatant insider trading.
