Lean steak can be great if you do it right. Mainly, a good marinade or rub, and a quick hot sear (2-3 minutes) on both sides. Sliced across the grain, it’s very tender. And the leftovers are great in salads.
Yeah, i probably cooked it too long. Still, i eat steaks for the marbling…
