Okay, Hispanics are people with ancestry from any of the areas colonized by Spain in Central and South America. So, someone from Argentina is Hispanic. They are also 90% likely to be white— since the population is 90% white.
It is not a racial designator.
Then why is it on gubment applications and surveys when you fill out a job application online? (the online thing is a choice to fill out)
