I’m quite impressed with Houston leadership and local news right now. From the beginning Mayor Turner and other officials have been calling on residents to pitch in and help each other, to bring in boats and vehicles to assist with rescues. They have been calm and effective as evidenced by the vast number of people who have been and are being taken care of. The local news networks have been terrific in keeping good information coming.
