Gloves are off in Cohen trials against Stormy lawyers Avenatti. Cohen lawyers are calling out Avenatti for having no right to have in his possession Cohen bank records.* They think his using them on TV is way out of bounds and they are asking the judge to call Avenatti in and ask how he came in possession.

* An admittance the bank records are in fact legit.

They are so bad at this.
