It’s Friday night, after dark in a major metro area — they might want to put some of those police back on normal patrol. There could be a crime spree coming if they don’t do so soon.

Honestly, I think the “regular” criminal types are too concerned they will be mistaken for terrorists and be shot by some concerned citizen. Everyone is on edge.
