Yup here we are in the big blue state California, with an overwhelming liberal majority in both houses and a 21 Billion dollar budget shortfall. Sounds like we sent too much money to them damn red states again. However, we have nothing to fear because our fearless leader the Governator says he will go to DC and “get da money”
