Here is what I keep coming back to:

Trump is exactly who he portrayed himself to be as he ran. He’s a pathological liar. He’s a misogynist. He’s a bigot. He’s a sociopath.

I am not Superman or a psychic or anyone with any kind of special insight into politics or the human condition. Even so, I was able to clearly see all of the above. I therefore voted for the one and only person who had a chance to prevent Trump from becoming POTUS.

I wholeheartedly agree with what Corker and Flake said today about Trump. Having said that, talk is cheap. It’s better than nothing, of course, but it does little to nothing to fix this massive problem we have.

If folks like McCain and Corker and Flake are serious about putting country ahead of party, it is going to take a lot more than talk. They are going to have to talk action. If they are willing and able to do that, I will gladly praise them.

Until that time, they have done very little but come to the same realization that you and I had about Donald J. Trump two years ago.

Big fucking deal.
